Return & Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer our returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item by post within 14 days of receipt , (14 days UK & international) provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery.
Depending on how fast your postman is. Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 days, of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control).
Once your return has been processed you will received a confirmation email and your refund will appear in your account within 2-3 working days.
For items purchased in multi buy offers such as 3 for 2, buy one get one 50% off, etc, you must return all items purchased under the offer for a full refund as we will not refund on part purchase.
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings jewellery.
f your item is faulty or does not match the specifications contained in your order, you should email the sales department.
We will be happy to issue a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges. Please return your item/s by post and place a new order or state the items you would like to exchange.
Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item by post and include a letter with your return containing the following information:
Your full name
Daytime telephone number
What you are returning and why
Your customer number (if possible)
Please notify us by email before sending the item, stating the reason for the return.
Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are not responsible for your parcel only when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
